The West Chester Police Officers Association is a non-profit fraternal organization that represents the sworn Police Officers who serve the citizens of the Borough of West Chester and East Bradford Township. The West Chester Police Officers Association is the duly authorized bargaining agent for the Police Officers of the Borough of West Chester and collectively bargains for the wages, benefits, and working conditions of our members. Our Association defends against violations of officers' rights, and breaches of contract, and represents Officers in matters of discipline. The West Chester Police Officers Association was organized on November 14, 1918, in West Chester, PA and incorporated in 1968. It is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving the people of Chester County and supporting the more than 100 Police Officers as they carry out the functions of their office.

Our Mission Statement



To provide police training: to protect the interests of the members by bargaining collectively to secure better working conditions and similar benefits; and to aid in adjusting and settling disputes between the employer and the members; and to provide financial support to injured, sick and disabled officers of the West Chester Police Department.
